Inner City Cultural Center presents its first Short Film Festival..Breakout in Chat Rooms and get a chance to network with new and old friends.  Chat live with Celebrities you’ve only seen on television and in movies in our Breakout Chat Rooms ONLINE in The Stormy Weather Cafe, the Langston Hughes Library or The Stockyard.

It’s free to view online and the recommended minimum donation for a ticket is $12.00. Donations to the film festival and awards show will benefit a Cultural Legacy Project honoring Jackson.  The cultural center and memorial library will house Jackson’s collected works, and those of alumni, as well as current and future artists, arts organizations and cultural workers and films submitted from the very first Inner City Short Film Festival documenting our history and our legacy.
